📦 عند استلام الطلب:

- يرجى التأكد من أن الكرتون سليم وغير متضرر.

- يرجى فتح الطلب والتأكد من المنتجات والكميات قبل الاستلام.

- في حال وجود منتج مكسور، تالف، ناقص، أو منتج مختلف عن المطلوب/الموضح في الطلب، يرجى إبلاغ سائق التوصيل مباشرة قبل استلام الطلب.

💰 التعويض:

إذا ثبت أن الخطأ أو الضرر من طرفنا، فإن رازيانا ستور تتحمل كامل المسؤولية، ويمكن للزبون اختيار أحد الخيارات التالية حسب الحالة:

- 🔄 استبدال المنتج بمنتج جديد.

- 💵 استرداد قيمة المنتج.

- 📦 إرسال المنتج البديل بدون رسوم توصيل إضافية.

⚠️ مهم:

بعد استلام الطلب ومغادرة سائق التوصيل، قد لا نتمكن من قبول طلبات التعويض عن النقص أو التلف إذا لم يتم فحص الطلب والإبلاغ عنه وقت الاستلام.

🔄 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy | Raziana Store

To ensure customer satisfaction and protect both the customer and Raziana Store, customers are kindly requested to check the package, carton, and products before accepting the order from the delivery driver.

📦 Upon Delivery:

• Please check that the package and carton are in good condition and not damaged.
• Please check the products and quantities before accepting the order.
• If any product is broken, damaged, missing, or different from the product ordered/shown in the order, please inform the delivery driver immediately before accepting the order.

💰 Compensation: If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Raziana Store, we will take full responsibility. Depending on the situation, the customer may choose:

• 🔄 Replacement with a new product.
• 💵 A refund for the value of the affected product.
• 📦 A replacement product delivered free of any additional delivery charges.

⚠️ Important: Once the order has been accepted and the delivery driver has left, we may not be able to accept claims for missing or damaged items if the order was not checked and the issue was not reported at the time of delivery.
