مرحباً بكم في Raziana Store.

باستخدامكم موقعنا أو إجراء طلب من خلاله، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط والأحكام التالية:

1. الطلبات والمنتجات 🛒

جميع الطلبات تخضع لتوفر المنتجات.

نحرص على عرض معلومات المنتجات والأسعار والصور بشكل واضح ودقيق.

قد تحدث تغييرات بسيطة في شكل التغليف أو العبوة من الشركة المصنعة، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على المنتج نفسه.

يحق للمتجر التواصل مع العميل لتأكيد أو توضيح تفاصيل الطلب عند الحاجة.

2. الأسعار والدفع 💰

جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع هي الأسعار المعتمدة من Raziana Store وقت الطلب.

يجب دفع قيمة الطلب ورسوم التوصيل حسب الطريقة المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب.

3. التوصيل 🚚

داخل أربيل: رسوم التوصيل 3,000 دينار عراقي.

خارج أربيل: رسوم التوصيل 6,000 دينار عراقي.

داخل أربيل، يتم التوصيل عادةً في نفس اليوم أو اليوم التالي حسب وقت تأكيد الطلب.

خارج أربيل، يستغرق التوصيل عادةً من يومين إلى 3 أيام.

يتم إرسال الطلبات للتوزيع يومياً ابتداءً من الساعة 1:00 ظهراً.

قد تختلف مدة التوصيل في بعض الحالات بسبب ظروف شركة التوصيل أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا.

4. فحص الطلب عند الاستلام 📦

يجب على العميل فحص الكرتون والطلب والمنتجات قبل استلام الطلب من سائق التوصيل.

في حال وجود:

منتج مكسور أو متضرر.

منتج ناقص.

منتج مختلف عن المنتج المطلوب.

يرجى إبلاغ سائق التوصيل فوراً قبل استلام الطلب.

إذا ثبت أن المشكلة من طرف Raziana Store، فإننا نتحمل مسؤولية التعويض، سواء عن طريق استبدال المنتج أو استرداد قيمته، ويتم إرسال المنتج البديل من دون رسوم توصيل إضافية.

5. الاستبدال والاسترجاع 🔄

تخضع طلبات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع للشروط الموضحة في سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع واسترداد المبلغ الخاصة بالمتجر.

6. استخدام الموقع 🌐

يُرجى استخدام الموقع بطريقة قانونية ومسؤولة، وعدم استخدامه لأي غرض غير مشروع أو بطريقة قد تضر بالموقع أو المتجر أو العملاء الآخرين.

7. تحديث الشروط 📝

يحق لـ Raziana Store تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط عند الحاجة. ويتم نشر أي تحديث على هذه الصفحة.

By using our website or placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Orders & Products 🛒
All orders are subject to product availability.
We make every effort to display product information, prices, and images clearly and accurately.
Packaging or product appearance may occasionally vary slightly due to changes made by the manufacturer, without affecting the product itself.
Raziana Store may contact the customer to confirm or clarify order details when necessary.
2. Prices & Payment 💰
All prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time the order is placed.
Customers are responsible for paying the order amount and applicable delivery fees according to the available payment method.
3. Delivery 🚚
Within Erbil: Delivery fee is 3,000 IQD.
Outside Erbil: Delivery fee is 6,000 IQD.
Within Erbil, orders are usually delivered the same day or the following day, depending on the time the order is confirmed.
Outside Erbil, delivery usually takes 2–3 days.
Orders are sent out for delivery daily starting from 1:00 PM.
Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Checking Your Order Upon Delivery 📦
Customers are kindly requested to check the package, carton, and products before accepting the order from the delivery driver.
If you receive:
A broken or damaged product.
A missing product.
A product different from the one ordered.
Please notify the delivery driver immediately before accepting the order.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Raziana Store, we will take responsibility and provide compensation through product replacement or a refund, as applicable. Replacement products will be delivered without additional delivery charges.
5. Returns & Exchanges 🔄
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the conditions stated in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
6. Website Use 🌐
Customers agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly and not to use it for any illegal purpose or in any way that may harm the website, the store, or other customers.
7. Changes to These Terms 📝
Raziana Store reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service when necessary. Any updates will be published on this page.
