Our almond flour is made from 100% blanched ground almonds. We blanch the almonds to remove their reddish-brown skins prior to grounding them into a fine flour. The blanching process makes the flour a pale ivory colour.
Almond flour is ideal for use in baking as it's subtly sweet and light but packed with nutritional value. We'd definitely recommend using our almond flour in macarons!
As it has less carbs than regular flour, it can be used by people following a keto diet.
Product is not suitable for people with allergy to almonds.
