What is Kombucha? The traditional method of making kombucha – which we follow at Remedy – involves a natural fermentation of sweet tea with a live culture. The live culture is known as a SCOBY, which stands for Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast.
Long-Aged Brewed Our kombucha is brewed for 30 days to ensure all of this sugar is converted into healthy organic acids leaving no sugar (and we test each batch to make sure). What is left is not only a great Kombucha, a delicious Fizzy Drink.
